ICNA Sisters Windsor - Ramadan Programs

Each year, ICNA Sisters Windsor organizes a 'Welcome Ramadan' program before Ramadan begins to prepare Muslim sisters for the month of mercy. Dawrah e Quran starts soon after and it runs through the 20th of Ramadan. On the last day of Dawrah e Quran, Takmeel -e- Quran Program is organized with a dua, and sisters who participated actively during Dawrah e Quran are given certificates of completion.

Welcome Ramadan 2025

ICNA Sisters Windsor arranged a Welcome Ramadan Community Potluck on January 29, 2025 at Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex. The event started with Tilawat e Quran, followed by a motivating dars on the theme of this year's Dawrah e Quran, a fun-filled Trivia, dua, and concluded with a potluck Meet & Greet.

Takmeel e Quran 2025

Takmeel-e-Quran was held at Sister Afshan's residence in Lasalle on Wednesday, March 19th. The program began with Tilawat e Quran, followed by takmeel, introduction of ICNA and the importance of infaaq, and ended with a heartfelt dua. Certificates of attendance were given to regular attendees of Dawrah e Quran along with gifts and dates to the attendees of Takmeel program.

Welcome Ramadan 2024

ICNA Sisters Windsor arranged a Welcome Ramadan Community Potluck on Feb 14th, 2024 at Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex. The event started with Tilawat e Quran, followed by an introduction, dars on the theme of this year's Dawrah e Quran, a fun-filled Trivia, an introduction of the ICNA Sisters Windsor team for the year 2024, dua, and a potluck meet & greet.

Takmeel-e-Quran was held at Optimist Community Center on Thursday, March 28th. The program began with Tilawat e Quran, followed by takmeel and ended with dua. Certificates of attendance were given to regular attendees of Dawrah e Quran along with some Islamic literature.
