A group of 6 teachers participated to a workshop at Euromentor Centre in Barcelona from 27th March to 31st January.
Some teachers and members of the Administrative staff took part in two separate workshops at Euromentor Centre in Barcelona from 27th March to 31st January. A first group, made up of 6 teachers took part in the "CLIL Essentials: Content and Language Integrated Learning " course entirely in English; the second group, made up of the Headmistress and administrative staff, attended the 21st Century School Management: AI and Digital Solutions for School Leaders and Staff.
The “21st Century School Management: AI and Digital Solutions for School Leaders and Staff” programme was:
Day 1: Welcome and Introduction to AI and Digital Tools
Day 2: Digital Tools for Administrative Efficiency
Day 3: Implementing AI in School Management
Day 4: AI for Communication and Collaboration
Day 5: Implementing AI and Digital Tools
The “CLIL Essentials: Content and Language Integrated Learning” was based on the following activities: School presentation, Jeopardy Lab, Clil Bingo Two Truths and a Lie, Art in CLIL, Collaborative and Group Activities for CLIL: Hexagonal Thinking Method, ICT Tools for CLIL: Diffit, Plickers, CLIL Lesson Plan.
The lessons provided an initial introduction to the topic, followed by practical activities. Teachers were involved in immersive learning experiences, with a focus on the concrete applications of CLIL pedagogy. Through interactive workshops, collaborative projects and classroom simulations, they had valuable insights into how to integrate language teaching into their lessons.
The participants’ experience was disseminated during a Teachers’ Meeting.
