Let students adequately prepare for the seminar - at least 24 hours of prep time to bring their best to the seminar.
Provide your students with a list of 4-6 questions at least 1 day prior to the seminar for think time and time to adequately prepare/review.
Set up inner and outer circles with specific prompts for inner circle participants and a defined rubric or questions for outer circle participants.
Don't jump in!!! This is for students to learn to communicate and user their skills to apply their knowledge and ask questions.
