Although our themes will vary from year to year we will always structure the learning in a similar way based on the pedagogical principles.
Our medium term planning will revolve around the structure below. We will ensure that a wide range of all AoLEs, Four Purposes, Integral Skills and Cross Cutting themes are covered each year and over the Progression Step by mapping the coverage.Â
When we look to plan a theme we will do so with the following structure in mind:
We use an online system called Taith360 to record our planning. This ensures we are planning a broad and balanced curriculum for the children. It is regularly monitored in school.
