Think about what is the medicine for / what will the medicine do? (e.g. make you fly, make you grow a beard).
Write an ingredients list for your medicine (Remember to make these as obscure and weird as possible.)
3. Write a 10 step guide to creating your medicine using time ordered verbs (blue words) to start your sentences, imperative verbs (green words) to describe the action and adjectives (red words) to describe the ingredients.

The theme for today’s well-being session is understanding how to deal with anger. Listen to the story ‘Ravi’s Roar’ being read.

The story is about a boy who loses his temper with the members of his family when things go wrong. He soon realises that feeling angry makes him feel worse and has to deal with this emotion. We all get angry at times and there are things that make us lose our temper. It is important that we recognise what triggers our anger and know what to do when we get angry.
Task - What makes me lose my temper? Draw an outline of a volcano on a piece of paper or use the template provided. Inside the volcano write down what makes you lose your temper and makes you angry? In the cloud note what you tend to do when you lose your temper? On the outside write down ways in which you can deal with the emotion.
