Martin Luther King helped change the world and make it a better place. Draw a picture of a globe and draw pictures of hands. Stick the hands around the globe and write how you would change the world today.

Every January, people around the world celebrate ‘ World Religion Day’. The aim of World Religion Day is to promote understanding and peace between all religions, encouraging people to learn about other faiths and their followers. Read the PowerPoint to start.

Sut mae crefyddau'r byd yn debyg? / What similarities might different religions share?

There are many differences between world religions but most religious groups have similar beliefs and rules which they encourage people to follow. Draw a picture of a heart with different section to it. Write down the different similarities that different religious groups might share. You can also add your own beliefs too.

Read the information about the crocodile. Write 5/6 questions about what you have learnt to ask a member of your household. Remember to use the text to answer the questions.

e.g. Question: How dangerous are crocodiles?

Answer: The larger species of crocodiles can be very dangerous to humans. The

Saltwater and Nile Crocodiles are the most dangerous, harming many

hundreds of people each year in parts of South East Asia.

Try to read as much of the text as you can but you can also listen to Mrs Lewis reading the text below.

Here is Mrs Lewis reading the information about the crocodile. There are some difficult words in the text, remember to look at the glossary for explanation or use an online dictionary to help you.

Research information about the crocodile. Choose some of the most interesting facts and create a fact file.

You can write your fact file in any way you wish (PowerPoint, Word, Flip Grid, Adobe Spark or hand written). Below are some fact file templates if you wish to use them. There are also links for some useful websites.

Take your time to gather facts and create an interesting, fun to read and colourful fact file.

Create your own set of data (favourite colour, tv programme etc) and create a bar graph showing that data. Use J2Data to create your graph.

Today you are going to re visit your coding skills by building your own maze. This can be done on paper or build your maze in your garden or in your house. There are a couple of ideas for you to see.

Hapusrwydd i fi: Tynnwch lun neu ysgrifennwch am rywbeth sy’n cynrychioli ‘hapusrwydd’ i chi. Beth sy’n eich gwneud chi’n hapus? Sut ydych chi’n teimlo ar y tu fewn? Oes person, anifail neu le sy’n eich gwneud chi’n hapus? Os ydych chi’n teimlo’n drist, beth gallwch chi ei wneud i deimlo’n hapus?

Tasg ychwanegol: Cliciwch ar y linc i fynd â chi i’r olwyn lles. Gallwch droelli’r olwyn mor aml ag yr hoffech chi a chwblhewch y gweithgareddau.

Feelings: There are many feelings that we experience every day e.g. we feel happy, sad, scared, nervous or cross etc. Have you felt all of these feelings before?

Happiness to me: Draw a picture or write about what happiness means to you. What makes you feel happy? How do you feel on the inside? Is there a person, an animal or a place that makes you feel happy?

If you feel sad sometimes, what can you do to make you feel happy?
