Digital leaders are typically selected or trained to educate their fellow students on various aspects of digital technology and its impact on their lives.
Some key responsibilities of a digital leader may include:
1. Providing support and guidance to peers on using digital tools and platforms effectively and responsibly.
2. Raising awareness about online safety issues such as cyberbullying, privacy protection, and online etiquette.
3. Organising and participating in digital literacy workshops or events to help their classmates develop their skills and knowledge.
4. Collaborating with teachers and school administrators to implement digital citizenship programs and policies.
5. Serving as role models for using technology in a positive and productive way, while also being mindful of its potential risks and challenges.
