At Bryn Bach, our young people's safety is our priority. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of our Safeguarding team and we will ensure this is dealt with effectively and appropriately.
Mr. Oliver is the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Cllr Alyson Tippings is the Designated Governor Safeguarding Lead.
Ms. Samuels and Mrs. Fryer are the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads. Mrs Crompton is also a Deputy DSL and is available via email.

As a school, all staff are aware and have access to the MyConcern software. This system is used to record findings, which are stored centrally, for safeguarding concerns.
Operation Encompass is the name given to police and social services procedures to inform a child's school of any domestic violence the child has witnessed or been exposed to. The Headteacher will be informed of any incidents prior to school starting so that the school can act in confidence to support the pupil.
E-Safety & Digital Competency Curriculum
As part of our curriculum, we ensure that we develop our young people's understanding of e-safety and knowing how to keep safe when using a variety of platforms. A series of lessons, increasing in complexity are taught from Reception to Year 6.
