When to keep your child home:
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, persistent cough, or cold symptoms that can not be managed by the student.
Always keep your child at home if they have an elevated temperature. Temperatures should be normal for 24 hours (without fever-reducing medication such as Tylenol or Advil) before they return to school. Children with a temperature of 100 or above cannot stay in school, and parents will be notified to pick them up.
Children need to stay at home for 24 hours after a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and antibiotic treatment begins.
If a student is not well enough to be able to learn or participate in school, please keep them home to rest.
Thank you for your cooperation and please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
