Dear Students,
Starting this week we have a new ATTENDANCE POLICY which has been mandated by the Agency of Education. The policy is that EACH DAY at least one school staff member must hear from each student. This contact can be made to any staff member via phone, email or video conference OR by submitting work or making comments on Google Classroom. The one caveat is that this contact must be made daily. This is an important process for all school districts to adhere to so that these Remote Learning days can be “counted” as school days. Those who are not making daily contact will be contacted by Liz Hepp. If you have any questions about this policy please email liz at lhepp@huusd.org.
Without further ado, please watch the videos below, and enjoy your week!
Sincerely,
Mr. Gordon, Ms. Managan, Ms. Selvaggio, Ms. Renz, and Mr. Potts
Please meet up with Jen during virtual lunchtime (12pm) on Monday to see some friends for a "Blast from the past" in google meets.
Bring something from your childhood along for fun- an old toy, book, stuffed animal (you know you still have some!) and say hi to Jen and friends.

Dear Students,
We appreciate the effort we've seen these past few weeks! As we make our way into our third week of remote learning, we want you to know that your teachers are available every day to answer your questions and hear your ideas. Being in a new learning situation means we all have the opportunity to try new things.
***As a side note, links to Zoom/Hangout meetings will be posted here in this hub as links in the schedule below from now on, and in an effort to cut down on emails, we'll stop emailing them OR posting in google classrooms.***
Remember to be awesome.

This is a learning process for all of us, so we’d love to hear your feedback--when you see us in a chat, tell us what works for you, ask questions, and engage in the content! This week, there will be many opportunities to get involved and speak with your teachers and classmates. Keep checking your email. We look forward to working with you this week!
Enjoy your week!

Dear Students,
We won’t be attending school in the building until April 6 at the earliest. We, your teachers, will still be sharing academic tasks in each of our subject areas, and you’re still responsible for the material and assignments we post on our Google Classroom Platforms. Use this document to see the work from each of your CORE classes.
Check out our plans for the first week and feel free to contact your teachers by email with any questions you have about assignments or future plans. This week we will be answering emails between 8am and 3pm, and we’ll communicate more soon about our specific “office hours”.
Sending positive energy,
Mr. Gordon, Mr. Potts, Ms. Renz, Ms. Selvaggio, and Ms. Managan
