Remote Learning Hub
The Month of June
The Month of June
Dear Students,
You made it! Here is our schedule as we wrap up the year:
During our Team Meeting on Monday we will be releasing our FINAL VOX POP TIME CAPSULE CHALLENGE! Details will be discussed and questions will be answered during the meeting! Join us.
Also, don't forget to answer the Question of the Day for attendance both days!
In addition to the Harkness conversation presented by Mr. Potts and Mr. Gordon, Jen hosted a Zoom circle with 7th graders to address the current Civil Rights Movement underway in our country and around the world. Jen and Mrs. Ibson hosted this with 8th grade as well and all of these discussions indicate that this needs to be an ongoing conversation and action within our HUMS community. We will offer another zoom on MONDAY at 12:30 for anyone interested in joining the conversation, as well as forming a new Harwood Club with Equity and Social Change as our focus. We hope to see lots of participants at this zoom! Zoom invitation will be sent Monday morning from Jen.
We want to hear from you and your parents regarding remote learning these past few months. Please respond this this short survey by Tuesday afternoon:
Dear Students,
Welcome to Spirit Week as well as your last full week as seventh graders! We look forward to seeing all your crazy costumes and watching you dominate all the challenges! Remember to log into the Spirit Week Meet Up @ 12:15 each day to show off your themed outfits with Hillary and teachers!
Have a great LAST FULL WEEK!
