Early Years Foundation Stage

At The Hundred of Hoo Primary Academy, we use the non-statutory guidance for the early years framework - Development Matters.  The guidance can helps us to meet the requirements of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) statutory framework.

Within the EYFS section of this digital floorbook, you will see references to Development Matters (DM), the age reference and the statement the learning links to. In Module 6, you will begin to see reference to the Early Learning Goals as it is at this point we begin to determine if children have met the expected standard by the end of Reception.
