We don’t want to put children under the age of three years old in a group class of 4 students. We know that two year old's won’t hold still, we can’t trust them to sit quietly, and we don’t want to over discipline them so – two per class if under the age of 3. Size of child, maturity level, etc. does not influence this decision.
HFSS Grey: A swimmer can advance or enroll into a class if they are turning three within the next 4 weeks max.
WHY? We allow swimmers to get enroll or waitlist for their next level based on age because we want to provide the best experience. We don't want them to start a Little Snapper 1 for two classes and then it will be time for them to transfer/waitlist for a Little Snapper 2 because they are aging out. We only will do this for a MAX of 4 lessons prior to the correct age for the level. Any requests over 4 weeks will need to wait.
ex: Baby Splash can waitlist or enroll into a Little Snapper 1 class a max of 4 weeks before they are 6 months. This means they can waitlist and start LS1 early if it becomes available at 5 months .
ex: Little Snapper 1 can waitlist or enroll into a Little Snapper 2 class a max of 4 weeks before they are 16 months. This means they can waitlist and start LS2 early if it becomes available at 15 months.
ex: Little Snapper 2, Advance & Clownfish can waitlist or enroll into a group class a max of 4 weeks before their 3rd bday. This means they can waitlist and start Goldfish/Jellyfish early if it becomes available at 2y11m.
