Overview

HFSS offers Baby Splash enrollment for free up to 6 months old. We internally manage dropping the swimmer's based on age.

Step 1

Baby Splash Swimmers

- Student page > Filters:
  - Enrollment Status: Active
  - Level: Baby Splash
- Sort age column highest to lowest.

Step 2

Drop Dates

- - - Looking at swimmer 5+ months
    - View Student Birthdate by clicking the pencil
    - From the enrollment icon submit a drop date within the next 3 weeks based on the swimmers Birthday.

ex: July 15th DOB means their 6 months date is Jan 15th. Use your discretion when selecting an end date.

- - - Select Baby Splash as reason
    - Select Send Drop Email
    - Save and Close
    - If the swimmer has a note for premie please move to low and close.

The More You Know

The drop notice sent to families details their final Baby Splash class and informs them it is time to advance levels to a Little Snapper 1. This email also includes two videos:
