Overview
Purpose: Measure the number of Baby Splash swimmer who enroll into Little Snapper 1 in the following month.
Analyzing:
How many Baby Splash drop in the previous month?
How many of those drops are currently enrolled in LS1?
How does the percent full of LS1 impacts the conversion rate?
Action Needed on Location: Increase personal contact with converted families, increase conversation, increase communication among Site Supervisors, Deck Supervisors and Baby Teachers.

Use preset "BS Conversion Report - LS1 Enrollments"

Export to XLS or CSV

From active LS1 data copy all the names
Using the "Scratch sheet" tab paste these names under "Current Little Snappers"

Reports > Classes > CLA-5: Drop List
Enrolment Type: Active
Drop Type: All
Start Date: Start of previous month
End Date: Last day of previous month
Program: Baby Splash
Export to XLS or CSV

Drop Data to Score Card
From BS drop data copy all the names
Using the "Scratch sheet" tab paste these names under "Baby Splash Drops".
Click "Get Duplicates"
Record the number of drops and conversions to this years tab and location.

Use preset "LS1 Occupancy"
Adjust dates for upcoming Monday- Sunday
