Transfer To: Type in your extension or the name of the extension you want to send to.
Ask First—This will connect you to your destination while putting the caller on hold.
This is used when connecting with a location or when you need to explain the situation before the call is transferred. Once you are ready to complete the transfer, have your destination (HFSS Team Member) stay on the line and select Complete Transfer to connect the caller.
X will take you back to your caller on hold & end the connection for the destination you are attempting to connect with.
The phone icon allows you to toggle to another line, putting the live call on hold.
Transfer—sends your caller directly to the transfer destination. This is never used when transferring to a swim school.
To voicemail—sends directly to destination voicemail; see Staff Directory & Extensions.
