Opt-in for text and email communication.
Send reset password email - let them know if the link expires you can click forgot password to reset.
Send the Welcome Email - this has important information about HFSS & their swim account.
Best Practice: Save and close. When you reopen the account check under the email tab to confirm the email has been delivered.Best Practice is when possible to have the customer create their own account to ensure accuracy and policy acceptance.
We are just starting their account. Communicate to the parent to please log on and add any guardians or decision makers on the the account for seamless service.
