When a family creates a swim account, they can opt in or out of email and text communication with us.
We always want accounts to have one email and phone number opted-in for communication. Ex: Unforeseen pool closure, waitlist, balance due, SSP session reminders.
We never sell customers' information to 3rd parties.
Email: Once a family has unsubscribed to email, the only way to resubscribe is by logging into their Portal/App and selecting to opt-in. Staff cannot override this.
Text: To resubscribe after stopping messages, a customer can reply to the number with "Start," "Yes," or "Unstop." Staff cannot override this.
