SSP Enrollment & Charge

Each "Camp" or Summer Six Pack Session is individualistic, which means sessions cannot be transferred/moved.

Sessions no longer wanted will require the ledger charge line to be corrected to $0. Then, the session enrollment will be deleted from the family account. Please note that Sites, General Managers, and Customer Support are authorized to delete enrollments.

Step 1

Locate the Summer Six Pack charge line ledger to be zero out

Find the ledger by looking for the correct session, time & lane

- - S5 = Session 5
  - 500 = 5:00PM
  - Ln6 = Lane 6 (this is helpful for locations with 2 coaches)
Select edit/pencil icon

Step 2

Charge Title: Change Class Name to DROP
Amount: Change to $0
SAVE & CLOSE

Step 3

Locate the session & delete

Note: not all staff have permission to delete enrollments. If your Site cannot remove the enrollment for you, you can send an email (support@hubbardswim.com) or Contact Us form to the Support Team. Copy and paste the swimmer and full camp name that needs to be removed.
