General Manager Responsibilities
Duration: Approx. 60 minutes.
Purpose: To confirm Trainee has successfully completed training and is ready to move on to Session 5.
Scheduled By: The General Manager will schedule the Trainee an in-person assessment session.
Outcome & Next Step: The General Manager reviews the assessment outcome and determines whether the trainee requires additional review or is approved to move forward and be assigned the next training session.

Duration: Approx. 60-75 minutes.
Purpose: To confirm the trainee has successfully completed training and is ready to work independently.
Scheduled By:
New employee: HR will schedule the assessment to meet with the iCP Expert (GabrielleP@hubbardswim.com).
Current employee: The GM will include the iCP Expert (GabrielleP@hubbardswim.com) on the trainee's email schedule to allow the iCP Expert to schedule a time.
Outcome & Next Step: The General Manager will be notified of the details of the assessment outcome and will determine whether the trainee requires additional review or is approved to move forward and be assigned the next training session.
