1. AZHH funds are limited and are applied on a first come first serve basis.

2. Discount codes expires August 15, 2022. This means after this date, if they have not enrolled or added a waitlist, the code cannot be used.

3. Discount code is entered at checkout through HubbardSwim Portal/App.

4. Guardian phone number used on the swim account must match the number provided to AZHH.

5. AZHH can get on the waitlist.

   • HFSS cannot guarantee that AZHH funds will be available when the waitlist becomes available.

   • HFSS will honor a discount of 40% off through December 2022.

   • Discount code must be entered in the “anything else we need to know” section of the online enrollment.

Enrollments must be completed on the Portal to receive discount.

After tuition is billed the first business day of each month based on how many lessons are available in the month. Hubbard will discount AZHH lessons 40% through December 2022. Note: Rates listed per program do not reflect the AZHH 40% discount.
