DAMAGE WAIVERS

Instruments are expensive to buy and maintain, so vendors will offer a monthly damage waiver to help cover the cost of routine and, in most cases, accidental damage.  Families should consider adding this when they start their rental agreement.  Here are some benefits:

USING YOUR OWN VENDOR

Families are allowed to use their own vendor; however, keep in mind that the vendors above agree to visit our schools weekly, provide quality instruments specified by the district, and provide all of the supplies needed to get started.  If you choose another vendor, our staff cannot help arrange repairs or exchanges which does cause a burden on already busy parents.  Please carefully consider using one of our cooperating vendors above.  If you choose to use your own vendor, please contact our supervisor to obtain a copy of our Instrumental Quality Agreement.  Our recommendation is to make sure that your vendor agrees to the same standards to make sure you get a quality instrument with all of the needed supplies.  A list of the additional supplies your child will need with their rental for September are listed below:

*This is only if you are using your own rental vendor.  The district's cooperating vendors make sure these supplies come with your instrument.*
