Note 3: The Beemer Bobcats, purple and white, joined West Point as the West Point-Beemer Cadets in 2003. This Beemer helmet is from 1978.

Note 10: The North Loup-Scotia Wildcats, black and white, consolidated with the Greeley-Wolbach Titans in 2015 as the Central Valley Cougars. This Wildcats' helmet is from 1997.
Note 11: The Howells Bobcats, orange and black, and the Dodge Pirates, blue and white, joined forces as the Howells-Dodge Jaguars in 2012.
Note 12: The Coleridge Bulldogs, blue and white, joined the Laurel-Concord Bears consolidation in 2014, with the three towns now the Laurel-Concord Coleridge Bears. This Coleridge helmet is from 1997.
Note 13: The Elgin Eagles, orange and black, and the Elgin Pope John Crusaders, blue and white, now co-op as the Elgin Public/Pope John Wolfpack.

Note 15: The Osceola Bulldogs and the High Plains Storms had a two season co-op in 2018 and 2019 as the OHP Stormdogs, before returning to playing separately in 2020.
