See below each bracket for the listing of teams. Some designs you see are only worn on one side of a school's helmet, but may be shown here on their "wrong" side for ease of identification.

Class A:

While Gretna won the Championship game over Omaha Westside 7-3, the NSAA ruled in February 2022 that the Dragons used an ineligible player and must vacate their state title. Officially, their is no Class A Football State Champion for 2021.
