Note 1: The Filley Wildcats, purple and gold, consolidated with the Adams Hornets in 1998 as the Freeman Falcons.

Note 2: The Wheatland Spartans, black and gold, from Madrid and Elsie, joined Grant as the Perkins County Plainsmen in 2006.

Note 3: The Odell Tigers, black and orange, consolidated in 2000 (after a co-op starting in 1998) with the Diller Eagles as the Diller-Odell Griffins.

Note 4: Marquette closed in 1994. The Cubs were blue and gold.

Note 5: The Lawrence Panthers, red and white, consolidated with the Nelson Tigers in 2000 as the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders.

Note 6: Sidney St. Patrick closed in 1991. The Irish were Green and white.

Note 7: The Coleridge Bulldogs, blue and white, joined the Laurel-Concord Bears consolidation in 2014, with the three towns now the Laurel-Concord Coleridge Bears.

Note 8: The Humboldt Cardinals, red and white, are now part of the Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans consolidation.

Note 9: The Howells Bobcats, orange and black, and the Dodge Pirates, blue and white, joined forces as the Howells-Dodge Jaguars in 2012.

Note 10: The Butte Wildcats, maroon and white, consolidated with the Spencer-Naper Pirates as the Boyd County Spartans.

Note 11: The Lindsay Holy Family Bulldogs currently co-op with Humphrey (also the Bulldogs), keeping that nickname.

Note 12: The Bruning-Davenport Storm, blue and black, now co-op with the Shickley Longhorns as the BDS Eagles.

Note 13: The Chambers Coyotes, orange and white, now co-op with the Wheeler Central Broncos as the CWC Renegades.

Note 14: The Ewing Tigers, black and orange, were part of a few different co-ops over the last decade, and are now part of the new Summerland Bobcats consolidation with Clearwater and Orchard.

Note 15: 2011 was the final season for the Sargent Bulldogs, black and orange, before starting a co-op with the Loup County Wildcats as the Twin Loup Wolves.

Note 16: The Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves, black and blue, currently co-op with the Friend Bulldogs as the EMF Bobcats.
