Note 1: Lindsay Holy Family will be closing at the end of the 23-24 school year as it merges with Humphrey St. Francis into a third, yet to be named school on the St. Francis campus. There are plans for a new school in Lindsay called Lindsay Academy. Currently, the plan is for this co-op to transition from Humphrey Public/Lindsay Holy Family to Humphrey Public/Lindsay Academy, with the new school in the St. Francis building playing on its own just as St. Francis did.

Note 2: The Newman Grove Bluejays and St. Edward Beavers will be joining forces as a new co-op next season. The co-op will use the nickname Panthers and the NG blue and St. Edward maroon, but we don't know what the helmets will look like for NG/SE. Newman Grove had been in a co-op with Boone Central previously, while St. Edward had been playing 6-man football.

Note 3: The Wausa Vikings and Osmond Tigers will be a new co-op for 2024. The team will wear the purple and gold of Wausa and use the Vikings nickname (the wrestling team also part of the agreement will be the Tigers in orange and black). I would guess they will use the longstanding Wausa design you see above, but this is unconfirmed.
