1. Read the Dress Code, Conflict, and Family Commitment policies. Be sure you can commit to the policies and understand that by signing your audition form, you are committing to abide by these policies.
2. List all conflicts you have using the Detailed Calendar for your city, including the orientation meeting which is part of the first rehearsal this year. This list will be necessary to complete your audition form. We must have clear parameters for your absences, even if you don't have all of the details yet. Please try to give us the most you would miss. Here are examples of wording which would give us the information we need:
Soccer - exact schedule unknown, but will not affect more than 2 rehearsals per month September through November requiring me to leave as early as 2:30pm on those dates.
Vacation - exact date unknown, but will miss 1 rehearsal in February or March.
Choir National Festival - if my choir makes it to nationals, I would need to miss 1 rehearsal in March.

4. After submitting your audition form, each email address submitted on the registration form will receive an immediate email with links to required audition materials. Make sure to SAVE THIS EMAIL so that if you need to make edits later, you can use the link in the email to do so.
5. Each Student MUST fill out their Student Commitment Form ONLINE before auditions!
6. Each Parent MUST fill out their Parent Commitment Form ONLINE before auditions!
7. Each Student must BRING an HPA Release Form, filled out and signed, to auditions. Students will not be allowed to audition without this.
You will receive your confirmation email immediately after submitting your form. It will include links to download audition music as well as many other useful links.
Remember, you must audition in the city of the show for which you are auditioning! If you are auditioning for shows in multiple cities, you must attend auditions in multiple cities.
