I am Samuel Watkins, your enthusiastic Math and Engineering educator. Raised in Louisiana and Texas, I have been a Houston resident over 10 years and still learning more about this great city everyday. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Math, and a  Master's in Educational Technology, my academic journey has been dedicated to empowering young minds. With over a decade of experience in elementary education, including teaching math and science before transitioning to physical education, I've honed my skills in creating engaging, innovative learning environments. Beyond the classroom, I'm a licensed realtor and Qualified Mental Health Professional, blending my interests in real estate and mental health to teach life skills that extend beyond traditional subjects. As a husband, father, and someone who aspires to make a mark in acting and modeling, I embody the values of continuous learning and personal growth. I'm excited to bring my diverse expertise and passion for education to Harvard Elementary, aiming to inspire our students to explore, learn, and achieve their dreams.
