Marching Band Staff

Justin Feliciano - Marching Band Director

Mr. Feliciano is an alumnus of Vineland High School and has been working with the VHS Marching Band since 2012. He graduated from Rowan University with a degree in both music education and in music performance on Euphonium under the tutelage of Dr. Amy Schumaker Bliss.

In addition to working with the Vineland High School Marching Band, Mr. Feliciano is a former member of the three time North American champions, The Atlantic Brass Band.


Mallory Caignon - Color Guard

Miss Caignon graduated Vineland High School in 2014, and was in the marching band's color guard for three years. She studied creative writing at Stockton University, then went on to earn a master's in playwriting at the University of Edinburgh.

Miss Caignon is currently an aide in the Buena Regional School District.

Eric Sikorski - Marching and Music

Since 2006, Mr. Sikorski has had the pleasure of teaching at Landis, Mennies, Rossi, and currently, Vineland High School. Mr. Sikorski directs the Concert Ensemble and teaches Studio Guitar courses. He began working with the Marching Band during the 2013 season. Prior to that, he was the assistant director with the eight-time champion West Deptford HS marching band from 2003-2011. Mr. Sikorski is an alumnus of Rowan University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. He also holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Mr. Sikorski is an avid Philly sports fan and enjoying cooking, gardening, DIY projects and spending time with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, Domenic and Vincent.

Tyler Steinbronn - Drumline

Mr. Steinbronn is a graduate of Vineland High School, class of 2013. He marched drumline all four years of his high school career.

Mr. Steinbronn spent two years studying classical percussion under Professor Dean Witten at Rowan University. Mr. Steinbronn now has a Bachelor Of Science Music Industry degree from Rowan University, specializing in music technology and music business.

Mr. Steinbronn spent 2016-2019 at Delsea Regional High School as Drumline/Pit Instructor.

Mr. Steinbronn enjoys playing drums and the guitar in rock bands, going to concerts and watching the Dallas Cowboys lose. Go Birds!

Matthew Thomas - Pit/Front Ensemble

Mr. Thomas has been a music teacher at Vineland High School North and South since 2005. Among the courses he has taught are guitar, piano, percussion, and music theory. He has been on the marching band staff since 2007, and has been the stage band director since 2008. Mr. Thomas earned his Bachelor of Music Education from Rowan University.

Mr. Thomas has enjoyed playing music professionally since his teens, performing in rock bands and musical theater pit orchestras. He continues to work as a studio musician, arranger, and producer, and currently performs live with the tribute band The Genesis Show.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas have lived in Vineland since 2010, and enjoy spending time with their German Shepherds.
