The Browning Springs Youth Services Center offers a variety of summer programs for students. We also collaborate with other summer programs to advertise other activities within the community that our students can participate in.
The Browning Springs YSC collaborated with other middle and high school Youth Services Centers within Hopkins County to provide a three-day program for students during the month of June 2022. Below are the following opportunities students had during this three-day program.
Team building activities with our local KY Army National Guard Recruiter, Tia Brooks
Etiquette class taught by our very own YSC Coordinator, Mr. Evans
Miniature Golf provided by the City of Madisonville
Babysitting Classes provided by the Hopkins County Extension Office
CPR and First Aid Certification provided by Pro-Trainings
Art with a Purpose provided by the Art teacher at MNHHS, Tonia Leal
Stress Management and Yoga provided by Owensboro Health Systems
Students also enjoyed food from Fazoli's, Acapulco, and Papa Johns provided by the middle and high school YSC's and Tia Brooks.
