Your therapy

There is no "one size fits all" solution when it comes to therapy. We offer counselling that is tailored to your individual needs and you will have the freedom to decide what is right for you.

It is important that you feel safe and comfortable throughout your therapeutic journey so that we can work together on the issues that you want to address. Your personal autonomy will be maintained and my role as your therapist is to not give advice or solve your problems for you. You will be provided  with empathy, unconditional acceptance and a genuine working relationship from the start.

The therapy process

Before we begin a counselling relationship, wec offer a 20 minute Free Initial Consultation. This is so that you can discuss what issues you are wanting to focus on and you can get a feel for whether counselling is right for you. If you decide to go ahead with counselling, we can continue to have weekly, 50 minute counselling sessions for as many weeks as we feel is best for you.
