Home of Our Own (HOOO) helps Howard County residents turn empty spaces into real homes. By providing essential furniture and household goods at no cost, we support individuals and families facing hardship as they regain stability. We are proud to be the only organization in the county offering this service free of charge to clients and partner agencies.
Sapwood Cellars Brewery is supporting Home of Our Own's mission to fill empty spaces with a donation drive on October 3 & 4.
Bring in one of the listed items below (new only, please) and you'll get your choice of a free half pour of any beer or and order of chips and salsa.
And, Sapwood Cellars will donated 10% of Sunday's sales to HOOO to further support our efforts to furnish homes for families in need.
WHEN: October 3, 12-8pm and October 4, 12-7pm
WHERE: Sapwood Cellars Brewery, 8980 MD Rt. 108, Columbia.
ITEMS REQUESTED: bring in a new pot holder, kitchen shears, wash cloth, hand towel, shower curtain, tub mat, mops, or make a financial donation.

All of our clients are referred to us by local supporting organizations to ensure clients are vetted and receiving other critical supportive services. If you need housing assistance and are unsure where to turn, please call Grassroots Crisis Intervention at 410-531-6677.

Thank you to First Evangelical Lutheran Church for their generous donation earlier this month. As a long-time supporter, the church's continued partnership means a great deal to Home of Our Own.
