Our approach may look different for everyone. The work that we do to support student success will be based upon what is deemed best for each individual student.
You will see:
Short term interventions
Students accessing the program based on school team referrals
The Grad Coach team communicating regularly with classroom teachers and home.
Students working hard to improve their grades, catch up on work missed, or seeking support while learning difficult concepts.
Students will have access to:
