CHEMON aims to strengthen, support, and champion the work of mission officers in advancing the Catholic and charism-specific identity and spirit of Catholic higher education institutions.
CHEMON focuses on three primary goals to advance the role of mission officers:
Professionalize the mission officer role
Conceptualize new resources and professional development opportunities
Create and advance a formal network of association
Association of Catholic Colleges & Universities (ACCU) members are automatically members of the CHEMON. Annually, CHEMON gathers in a one-day pre-conference format in Washington, DC, prior to the ACCU Annual Meeting.

The Holy Cross Higher Education Network works to assemble colleagues by affinity-type to encourage collaboration and networking. Several groups of higher education professional serving at Holy Cross affiliated institutions have created a space for shared dialogue, resource sharing, and professional networking.
