The Academic Vice President plays a unique role in advancing Catholic identity among academic staff. The Association of Catholic Colleges & Universities (ACCU) offers a variety of resources to help individuals in this role:
Academic Vice President's may be interested in Collegium, a program that helps faculty at Catholic colleges and universities better understand the mission of Catholic higher education, with an eye to advancing that mission in creative ways that respond to the demands of their time.
Each year, ACCU offers a conference specially designed for academic vice presidents. Stimulating speakers and roundtable discussions at this gathering help attendees address contemporary needs.

The Holy Cross Higher Education Network works to assemble colleagues by affinity-type to encourage collaboration and networking.
