Our Goal
We want to break the stigma around mental health with a focus on adolescents. We're making mental health goodie bags to distribute to kids and teens who are struggling with mental health We want them to know that they are not alone.
Group Members
We decided to work together since we're already friends and we're both interested in mental health. We had a lot of the same ideas and goals for our long term project. We both have qualities that make us good partners and a great fit together.

Community Need
1/5 teens experience some form of mental illness
Our mental health themed goodie bags are to address adolescents and their mental health struggle
We hope the adolescents receiving the bags feel a little less lonely

She has helped by giving us ideas for our project and listed many good resources
We have stayed in contact with her throughout our whole project
She's funding the start up of our project with grant money
