This is a guide only. To access the portal:
You could use 1 account to control any/all products for multiple applications, regions, languages, and more. It just requires coordination between those who input/manage the data and whomever is building the application(s) that will be using it.
1 user account = 1 email
Your account can be attached to different teams/clients and have different permissions for each
You cannot delete your own account from a team/client
Click on your email/person icon to see your account options
You can only add/edit people the same or below your level of permissions.
Anyone who will manage content and/or edit makeup needs to be a user or admin
Removing a user account from a team does not remove them from all teams/clients that user is attached to
Click on your team name to see list of your teams/change between them
Your permission level on that client is shown below the team name
Admin - can edit team members & content
User - can edit content
Guest - can view content, but not edit
How do I switch between teams/client accounts?
If you are a part of multiple teams/accounts using the same account/email address, you can change the team by clicking on the team name to open a dropdown of any teams your account is a part of. Click on the one you want to change to that account.
How do I add someone to our Client Account?
You need to be an Admin to do this
On the left hand menu, open the settings drop down menu
Select the Client Account option
In the bottom right hand corner, click the red + button
Enter the email address for the user account
Choose a role for the user account
Click Add
How do I remove a user on your Client Account?
You need to be an Admin to do this
On the left hand menu, open the settings drop down menu
Select the Client Account option
Click the Bin for the user account you want to delete
Click Remove
How do I change a role or permissions for a user on my Client Account?
You need to be an Admin to do this
On the left hand menu, open the settings drop down menu
Select the Client Account option
Click the pencil for the user account you want to edit.
Choose a role for the user account
Click Confirm
