This is a guide only. To access the portal:
Product Groups are just that, groups of individual shades. They can be the same shade category, or different ones.
You can try on a Group of individual shades at the same time, but you cannot try on multiple of the same category type at the same time.
Before you begin adding lots of products or Looks in the Portal we recommend reading the Best Practices & Tips.
Types
Types
- Ranges (typically used to display multiple categories that are in the same product line, or range)
- Looks (typically used to display a 'Look' consisting of multiple products, as a recommended pairing)
- Others (typically not used but there as an option in case you want to segment different kinds of groupings, such as Look category)
