Information and resources for residents of Grand Oaks Apartments
Welcome to the resident section of the Hillsboro Housing Authority website. We want to make it easy for Grand Oaks residents to access important information, submit requests, find forms, and stay connected with the Housing Authority.
Most resident-specific information and services are available through the secure Grand Oaks Apartments Resident Portal.
The secure Resident Portal provides current residents with convenient access to information and services related to their tenancy.
Through the portal, residents can:
Submit maintenance requests
Access resident forms and documents
Review policies and important information
View notices and announcements
Access rent and payment information
Submit requested documents
Find contact and community information
Invitations to the Resident Portal are coming to your email address in October.
Grand Oaks residents may submit routine maintenance requests through the secure Resident Portal.
Emergency Maintenance
Maintenance emergencies are conditions requiring prompt attention to protect residents or the property. Examples include uncontrolled water leaks, loss of heat during cold weather, or other conditions that could cause immediate harm or significant property damage.
Current residents are provided with instructions for reporting after-hours maintenance emergencies. The after-hours emergency contact information is also available in the secure Grand Oaks Apartments Resident Portal.
Non-Emergency Maintenance
Dripping faucets, minor repairs, and other maintenance needs that do not require immediate attention should be submitted as routine maintenance requests through the Resident Portal.
For emergencies involving an immediate threat to life, health, or safety, call 911.
