Office Visits - By Appointment Only

The Hillsboro Housing Authority office is available for scheduled appointments only. To ensure staff is available to assist you, please contact the office in advance to schedule an appointment before visiting.

Appointments may be scheduled by calling or texting (620) 947-2235 or by emailing executivedirector@hillsborokshousing.org.

Because the Hillsboro Housing Authority has limited office staffing, walk-in assistance may not be available. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the assistance you need. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. 

Applicants

If you have applied for housing and need to update your application, complete requested forms, or submit supporting documentation, please use the Applicant Portal.

Please allow adequate time for submitted applications, updates, and documents to be reviewed and processed. Submission of information does not mean that your application or waiting-list record has been immediately updated.

Current Residents

Current Grand Oaks residents can access resident forms, maintenance information, notices, and other resources through the Resident Portal.

For maintenance emergencies, please follow the emergency maintenance instructions provided to residents. Do not rely on email or a website submission for an emergency requiring immediate assistance.

Secure Document Submission

Please do not send Social Security numbers, identification documents, financial records, medical documentation, or other sensitive personal information through ordinary email.

Applicants and residents who need to submit confidential or sensitive documents electronically should use the secure document-submission option provided by the Hillsboro Housing Authority.
