Jade Hennig

Jade is the daughter of Turner and Jill Hennig. She is married to Evan Bumgarner, and the couple is expecting a baby girl next month.

Jade is currently a 9th grade English & Reading teacher at Central Junior High School in Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District.

During the 2015-16 school year she served as 7th grade Writing teacher at Hillsboro Junior High, coaching 7th grade volleyball and high school .

Jade also served as the Hillsboro FUMC Youth Director from 2013-16.

Jade, your mother says that you have a heart of gold and that your father would be proud! And, that he is smiling down from Heaven!

In the words of Jade, “When you have the love and support from your family, accomplishing your dreams is easy. Thank you to my Mom, Dad and sister for all of their love and support while I pursued my softball dream. Jaron, thanks for being the first one to pick up a softball, and for letting me follow in your footsteps. Mom, thanks for always being my biggest fan. Dad, I hope that one day I can be the coach to my little girl like you were for me. The numerous Sunday afternoon trips to pitching lessons are cherished memories that I will keep forever.”
