This assignment combines literacy, media, and science to convey a biological concept in a creative and subversive way. Students learn the importance of scientific models as they explain a concept from our class text, aimed at their peers. This is in partnership with my Humanities co-teacher, Ms. Celina.
Essential Question: What is the most interesting concept you learned from our class text? How can we convey difficult science topics to young audiences?
