My internship project that we are planning is teaching the kids how to use google slides for an upcoming project they have planned. On this day I showed the kids how to use google slides and add photos, text boxes, and animations. I was really surpised by how fast they learned the programs of google slides and really feel like I am helping out with the kids.

This is a photo of one of the students presenting her own slide, she was one of the first to finish with the project and she did a really good job. I feel accomplished and feel like I am doing a good job and growing with the kids aswell. I will admit that there has been some hiccups but it gets easier day by day.

On one of my first days at the internship I noticed that a lot of the kids had tasks, one of them being grading the homework to see if it was turned in or not. I was really surprised to see how independent the 3rd graders were just with starting to grade the papers in the morning and doing a bunch of things that I don't think I would be able to do at their age.
