In this photo, I am teaching the kids how to make paper snakes and i can say without a doubt that I am getting closer and closer to them and i can actually see them respect me. They ask me questions and I will help provide answers and I really do feel like a teacher whenever I am presenting for them.
In this role, patience is probably the most important skill you can have. I would also recommend having a clear and strong voice and trying to speak slowly for the kids as I talk fast and the children have some difficulty understanding what I am saying at times.
