There’s a mix of working alone and with others. People chat during easy tasks but stay focused on work. Some jobs require working by yourself or with a mentor, while bigger repairs need teamwork. Heavy things need to be lifted that needs multiple people and good leadership and communication. Good communication helps everything run smoothly, but if people don’t work together, mistakes can happen. Everything can come crashing down if one person doesn't do their job right.  Interns learn by doing things on their own and getting help when needed, making the job a mix of problem-solving and teamwork.
