I am doing an internship at Johnson Automotive as a mechanic. Being a mechanic is something I want to do possibly in the future, and I hope to get a really good experience out of this internship and learn a lot. If it goes well, it might push me to actually become a mechanic when I grow up. It seems like a good career and something I could do without getting bored. I think it will be something that I'm good at while also teaching me good skills to have outside of work. Having a basic understanding of cars is something most people should have if they drive one. A fear I have with this internship is that it won't be what I expect. I could find it more tiring or confusing than I initially thought, then I would have to figure something else out.
