Celebrate the Witches New Year with this snuggly combo of cannabis and whiskey. Like any experience- slow and low is the name of the game here! I’m a mason jar, combine your favourite whiskey with a Sativa or Hybrid flower and allow it to infuse for 3 days 

When you are ready to make your drink(s)....

• Rim glass with a combo of Graham crackers, cocoa powder, sugar and fancy salt using a slice of orange. 

• In the glass muddle one bar spoon of sugar with a few drops of complimentary cocktail bitters. I like chocolate for this one. Add the cannabis infused whiskey through a fine mesh strainer and stir until dissolved. 

• Add a giant ice cube, orange wheel and bougie Cherry. 

• Skewer with marshmallows and set alight to desired crispiness. 

To incorporate a ritual with this drink for a full Samhain experience, we suggest the following:

Around a bonfire, list 13 things you are letting go of from the past 12 months. As you write each one on a piece of paper, cast it into the fire and watch it burn away and transform. If you have lost anyone in the last year, or any particular ancestors are on your mind, speak their names into the fire and share a story or two to celebrate their influence in your life. Lastly, call in words of intention from the fire. From the power of the flame, the ashes of your release and the names of your loved ones. Speak into being the things, feelings and ways of being you want to carry forth into the New Year.
