Hiiiiigh!! I’m Chelsea better known as Fairy_PotMother613, a mom of two and a full-time manager at a dispensary in Ottawa! I started off as a tiktok canna-mom and rose to the occasion within the industry! I jumped ship about 2 years ago when I made the decision to stop hating my job, I always enjoyed smoking weed and now it was time to move forward with my cannabis education. I was never the “runner” or “dealer” back in the day and now there is a whole new variety of products you can choose from, not just getting whatever Tom, Dick or Harry would provide you for the amount of money you had on hand. It kind of feels like I’m back in school, to be honest.
Once I was finished filling my head with as much knowledge as I could for the time being I wanted another outlet to make my creative side happy, this is where I found my love of graphic design. I was already versed in the video making and transitions that would catch theattention of customers and LP’s alike. When the opportunity showed up to do the socials for my dispensary I jumped on it!
After just over a year of posting infographics and flyers on IG and in store, I gained some traction and joined a great group of like minded individuals wanting to fight the community guidelines behind a LEGAL product! Thus Cannaviews was born… This just added to my insight into the community and furthered my learning to end up making the logo for the website and some of the team members! Might I add I’m completely self taught… I can’t wait to see where I end up in another year or two from now!!
