March 2024 Gardening Update:
For the last term we have been working very hard at gardening club from painting fences and planting fruit trees and pumpkin seeds, to unblocking ponds and drains and painting stones. Everyone has played a part in this project, and everyone has enjoyed doing it! Thanks very much to Mrs Craig who has led this project with the help of Mrs T and all P6/7 pupils. Gardening club has helped us develop our school values by: Being kind and respectful to each other, being safe with all the tools, being resilient and working hard, but most importantly having fun in the sun! ☀️🌱🌻
Pupil Council Meeting - 18 March 2024
On Monday the 18th of March, the pupil council had a meeting with Mrs T's friend, Dawn, from HAGS. We discussed replacing the wooden playground equipment with the founding we kindly received from Foundation Scotland. Everyone got to choose what equipment they like best and thought about what would be suitable for all age groups.
Our next step is to discuss our plans with Highland Council and Mitie to see where we can place our new equipment.
