1993 Football

Walt Olson’s Tiger squad rolled to a 9-0 regular season record and qualified for the playoffs for the first time in school history. They made the most of their opportunity, defeating Papillion-LaVista and Kearney to qualify for the state title game against state power Lincoln Southeast. HHS defeated Southeast 14-7 on the road at Lincoln’s Seacrest Field to win the title. Linemen Larry Brown and Justin May, quarterback Bo Buettenback, and defensive back Cori Dreher would all be named all-state.
